What's Happening at Chesed Home

Trained Staff

• Program Manager and Community Care licensing administrator is responsible for entire operation of Chesed Home, including the facility and staff training and supervision


• Direct Care staff assists clients in skill building, vocational/educational/recreational/cultural activities, budgeting and money management, nutrition, symptom and medication management


• Peer and family support to encourage use of community resources

Licensed Residential Care

• Safe and secure


• Trained staff and 24 hour supervision


• Supervised activities


• Nutritious meals


• Walking distance to Escondido shopping, cultural centers, gardens and clubhouse. Hospital and police nearby. Easy access to public transportation.

Independent Living 

Clients will receive supportive services as they learn to live independently. Here, they'll be responsible for the upkeep of their home, purchase and preparation of their food. They will also be responsible for maintaining taking their medications of schedule.
