In addition to representing a real estate developer against a $45 billion institutional investor during a three week bench trial in Clark County, Nevada, Kevin Kirby, Esq. has successfully completed several solo jury trials in San Diego Superior Court.  Although Kevin Kirby, Esq. obtained substantial experience at Kirby, Noonan, Lance & Hoge LLP representing defendants, his emphasis at the firm was representing plaintiffs injured in car accidents, aviation disasters and defective products.  Kevin Kirby, Esq.'s current practice focuses exclusively on representing plaintiffs.
